Whatever college life journey phase you are in, “The Center” hopes to play a role in your journey.
“The Center” is an interdenominational ministry that provides a home away from home. We believe that personal faith should impact the world. God’s world needs faith to be more than a Bible study for believers and gathering just amongst ourselves.
We stress volunteer mission and living our lives intentionally for God so that we impact the world around us. Spiritual lives are nurtured and all are encouraged to go beyond the run of the mill student activities by melding real life, real issues, and real dreams with real truth. We offer a variety of programs that include, weekly "ROCK" (Reach Out for Christian Knowledge) Bible studies, "Sliced Manna!" praise and worship team, "The Faith Element," FREE meals, and periodic retreats and “get-aways.”
We are located at 1510 N. Oak St. across from Hopper Hall. Parking spaces are available for qualified students. The Center is complete with a computer with DSL access, printer, and dry erase boards for study groups. Two rooms are available to rent for qualified students.
Feel free to stop by for a visit. The Center is YOUR Center!
